15 Steps How To Learn Karate By Yourself At Home?

To Learn Karate art from online and alone you have to develop simultaneously the mind and spirit as much as the body. Weak body will not help the powerful mind.


  1. Set down and enter into meditation: Steady deep breaths and a clear mind will prepare you to learn Karate. There is no time limit. Forget problems and everything, only you in the center of an empty room full of Energy which will be used to train on Karate.

  5. The front stance (zenkutsu-dachi). Like the natural stance, but your feet are further apart and your weight is mostly on your front leg.
  6. Back stance (nekoashi-dachi). Position your foot like the walking stance, but your weight is mostly on your back leg. and rise Your front heel. may be named Cat stance..
  7. At the beginning of any spar, you'll need to begin with the ready stance. the heels together and toes pointing outward at a 60-degree angle.
  8. Move with Balanced body: short range punches ans kicks are good when opponent are close to you, long range strikes are good for merely far targets, never lost in a mess, use the right hit for the right situation. 
  9. Wisdom use of Speed in each situation of short and long.Start training very slowly then getting fast and power bit by bit, will gain you the powerful fast strikes by repetition 
  10. Start training on a sandbag or any target: Practice Punches and Kicks of Karate alternatively with both hands and both legs to fit any situation.
  11. The straight punch, upper-cut,knife-hand, spear-hand, elbow strike, and back fist, namely. Avoid a crooked fist, punch too high or punch with shoulder.
  12. High Kick, Snap Kick, Front Kick: Start with your leg bent, raised, then released high as you can, but from different directions will learn you different kicks at the same time.
  13. Practical Sparring with Partner is going to Make the Karate Moves merged with your body and gain you fast attention in the real fight. watch your opponent moves, be creative, teach yourself how to use the right strike at the right time, Be confident when sparring, Fight your fair, Alter attack and defense with your partner to learn the proper punches, kicking, and blocking hits.
  14. Concentrate on your hit, know where hits come?, where hits go?, Your Hit is full of power gained from step one and two (meditation and heating or warming muscles), always start slowly and speedup to not getting hurt.
  15. Try and always try, hesitation is your first enemy to learn Karate effectively
